Karibu Kilifi!
Kenya is a beautiful country with extremely friendly people….Kilifi especially! Come visit.
Kilifi is located on Kenya’s northern coastline of the Coast Province and lies between Mombasa and Malindi. It sits on the estuary of the Rare River that is crossed by one of the largest bridges in Kenya. On the south side of the Estuary is Mnarani, north the township of Kilifi. There are beaches on both side of the creek including the local Bofa Beach, said to be one of the best beaches in Kenya.
Kilifi’s charm is that it has not attracted the same European Resort feel that other towns on the Coast have. Thus it does not have swarms of beach boys and sex tourism that have cursed some Kenyan resorts.
In many ways, this give Kilifi a unique African feel amongst other Coastal Towns, with its heavenly Indian Ocean Beaches.
Kilifi’s offers white sandy beaches, which is a perfect setting for holidaymakers who are looking for a quiet beach destination to relax.
We recommend that you visit Mnarani Ruins, which is located on the southern side of Kilifi. Among the ruins are magnificent pillar tombs, large Friday Mosque and several other mosques dating to 15th century.
We look forward to welcoming you!
